General policy regarding our dealer accounts:
We require $125.00 minimum dealer order. Because we try to offer you the best pricing our margins on our dealer orders are very tight. We cannot pick your order and still be profitable without this limit.
You must follow our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy as stated. This includes all forms of print and electronic advertising. If you continue to advertise and sell below our MAP pricing we will terminate your dealer account.
How do I register as a dealer and get my own dealer user name and password?
To become a B&Y Hobby Supplies dealer fax us a photocopy of your state resellers tax certification and the following information.
- Picture of your hobby shop
- Your Company Name
- Your Name
- Your Company Ship-To Address
- Your Company Phone Number
- Your Email Address
- Your method or business model for reselling the products you purchase
- Your company's web site URL
Distributors and Kit Manufacturers:
Our dealer accounts are primarily meant for hobby store owners. We have quantity discounts for large volume purchases available to those that do not qualify as a traditional hobby store. Please send us email to master@rccanada.biz for a price quote on specific item(s).
